About Electrovista
Since 1997
In the Autumn of 1997 and following several years of working as a field engineer; installing, maintaining and repairing electronic display systems in a variety of settings, I became increasingly disenchanted with the quality of both the products and services my employer offered to its customers. Armed little more than my final month’s wages and perhaps a bit too much youthful confidence, I decided that I should establish my own business but with the aim of focusing mainly on electronic cricket scoreboards.
Best system on the market
Beginning with the service and repair of many existing installations from village grounds to international Test stadiums, along with the steadily increasing demand for the design and construction of new scoreboards using several third-party electronic systems over the years, I steadily built my business.
This ultimately led to me designing and manufacturing my own electronic scoring system, with the sole aim of it being the best system on the market by far. The first scoreboard I built using that system is displayed proudly on the home page of this website and I’m happy to report that it still works perfectly today. The system I designed is now in its fifteenth year of continuous production with many hundreds of installations standing as a testimony to its longevity, serviceability and reliability.
Knowledgeable and reliable resource
As the years have rolled by and as many electronic scoreboards of all types get older, it has become clear that cricket clubs need a knowledgeable and reliable resource to help them with maintenance and repairs, in order to ensure the longest possible service life from their scoreboard. Electrovista still stands by its original aim of providing a friendly, honest and cost-effective service and will continue to do so. With first-hand experience of all the main systems that have been available in the last 30 years or so, you can be sure that we have what it takes to keep your equipment going as cost-effectively as possible.
